This form is an anonymous feedback collection form. We welcome any comments/questions/concerns for both us and the bio department professors and faculties. Received feedbacks for the department will be brought to them by BSG. We are also open to any suggestions on what kind of activities you are expecting to have! Please let us know how you think why are doing so that we can better help you to succeed in bio at Haverford!

The submitted form will be sent to our administrative assistant, who will bring this feedback to the Biology Faculty's weekly departmental meeting during the semester.
