Major Pathways

Before I declare my major...

Are you excited about finishing almost half of your college? Have you started to think about your major? No worries! You still have time to decide before the declaration in the spring of your sophomore year, and you can always switch majors as long as you can complete whatever major requirements on time.

I'm a Biology Major!

There are many possibilities of being a bio major! We understand that it can be overwhelming at the beginning, but we are here to help. Click "I'm a Biology Major" to take a look at the breakdown of different tracks that a bio major can take!

Can I study abroad?

Honestly, it could be hard to study abroad as a bio major because of the two semesters of Superlab credits, but you can still do that! You need to communicate with the department to get biology courses you take abroad to count toward Haverford major requirement or you can choose not to take any bio courses and make them up after you return!

Now I graduate...
